DJTimmy’s Father was the front man of Norm & The Lonely Ones, a very successful band in the 60’s. The band cut two records and was on its way to huge success. Soon came Nam and so did the draft. The band never regrouped after the war, but Norm returned and one heated night in August of 1979 the creation of DJTimmay began. (bowchickabow wow) Although the band ceased to exist, DjTimmay’s Father would still play the guitar from time to time and so started Tim’s love of music. His brother (Dj Wild Bill) was a local DJ in the late 80’s & 90’s and DjTimmay became intrigued with that aspect of music. He took over where his brother left off and it was only a matter of time until the Dj business exploded. DjTimmay went on to cut and sell numerous singles over the next 10 years. Many of which are still heard in the clubs today. He became a hit in numerous clubs across Chicago. He recently put Deejaying on the back burner to proceed with his love for singing. He is currently working on an independent album along with Double J. Although music will always be his number one, DJTimmay has always been intrigued with film and acting. He has created multiple successful independent films and is currently trying to break into acting business. Then Drastically Everything Changed. In Mid August of 2008, Tim along with his co-host Double J (Joey) received an offer to create a new radio series consisting of 24 episodes. If successful a TV show will follow. Not the blockbuster movie DjTimmay was hoping for but Def. a step in the right direction… The rest, as they say is HIStory!!ABOUT JOE (Double J)

If you haven’t guessed it by now, I am the legandary voice of The Tim and Joe show. I am 26 years young and have been married for just over 5 years now. You can call me “The Married Guy.” Perhaps Tim and I will do a show completely about me, named after me, the whole sha-bang! Currently I am a broadcasting major at ICB in Lombard, IL with hopes of graduating in May!!!! I have a full time “paying” job that I do 4 days a week and school 3 days a week so as you can clearly see, I’m extremely busy. I grew up and currently live in NL, IL. I did have a short stint in Addison and in the city of Chicago, IL while I was in college and shortly before my marriage to Jen.
Jen and I just celebrated (kind of) 5 years of service….I mean marriage on 09-13, with hopes to celebrate many more. When I got this crazy idea to go to “radio” school and do this webcast with Tim she was a little skeptical, but has spent hours of her time trying to get “talent” to agree to let us use their music on the show.
Back to me, I grew up in a family of 6 kids, so I was kind of the forgotten one when it came to growing up. There were 3 older brothers and 2 younger sisger. It was kind of nice having so many older siblings, because when it came down to me, my parents were just tired of doing anything. I think having such a big family made me appreciate peace and quiet! It is simply amazing, but gets old! In a way I also think having a big family has made me a little selfish which is unbelievable, considering my dad was a very generous person.
As far as anything else about me you will just have to tune into the show and find out!!!
